How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer pays for return shipping.
- For items purchased through a third party seller of Gimme Grips, we will not be able to process the return, this must be done via the merchant you purchased Gimme from.
